Nancy McCaughey Coaching offers a variety of career, leadership and 360 feedback assessments to assist your leaders to expand their self-awareness and support meaningful and sustainable change.  

We are qualified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Learning in Action and Voices 360 Multi-Rater Feedback online assessment tools.   Each assessment program includes the online administration of the assessment tool,  a complete report, a private two-hour debrief session to interpret the results, a follow-up development planning session, and a two-hour coaching session to discuss the experience of putting their new insights into action. Fees for assessments and consultations vary depending on selected assessment(s).
